MuseumNext Europe ended one week ago. What has changed? 500 museum professionals from around the globe visited my hometown of Rotterdam to talk about museums and change making. These are the five things I learned from the conference. Like change making itself, these learnings are not just inspirational, they can be a bit uncomfortable, they have sharp edges and require real work.
